How Journey Started
Would you believe that we started the journey from a YouTube channel?
We had a bad experience with a synthetic beauty care product, So we wanted to educate innocent people in Sri Lanka to avoid those unfortunate incidents. As a result of that intention, we started a YouTube channel. Our utmost objective was to educate people about using precious natural ingredients for their health beauty care need.
The YouTube channel commenced in the year 2014 received considerable popularity among the local viewers. During the time, our channel was the only local channel of that kind. However, though we share about Asia’s natural and precious beauty ingredients, we never thought to manufacture them. But we were pushed by the enormous requests and pressure from our viewers. In 2016, Menna Products (Pvt) Ltd. started manufacturing natural health and beauty ingredients such as natural powders for face packs, natural creams, and oil.
Our story
How we do it
We take most of the organic ingredients from local farmers around the Island. A few others import from India and Iran as those are not available on our local soil. Before we take them into the manufacturing process, we ensure the plants grow in organic conditions. We collect a few of the raw materials from Sri Lankan dry forests, for example, wild bee honey. The whole process is screened carefully to ensure you receive 100% organic natural beauty care products.
Menna Products, we even do not hesitate to take the most challenging routes to give you 100% natural products. Hence, a few of our products manufacture 100% by hand, such as hand made soaps.

I am Udayanga, who love to live with nature while utilising its essence in our life. I lived in a small coastal village in the Western part of the country where we were fortunate enough to access natural resources for almost all the needs. We eat organic rice as our main meal with different organic vegetables. People never used
chemicals or poisonous substances to cultivate them. We never wanted to use artificially refined and mineralised bottled water; instead, we had well-water filtered naturally. Moreover, nature gifted all, starting from foods, drinks and medicines. Aren’t we blessed to live in such an era?
However, when time pass we witnessed how people are forgetting our saviour and going behind the artificial but quick solutions. But we have seen many repercussions on those quick solutions. We are aware of cosmetics that ruin our natural beauty and life with various illnesses. Those cosmetics carries a lot of toxins, heavy metals and other harmful substances. So, the only thing that I can do is guiding you and providing you with alternatives. Hence, here I am presenting you with organic natural “Menna Products” brands. My wife and I work hard to give you the best gift from mother nature with our beauty care brands. By the way, meet my wife and business partner Priyangi.
Hi, I am Priyangi; as Udayanga explained to you, we wanted to have quality organic beauty care products for our kids, the next generation, and us. So profit intention was secondary.
